L'ASSOCIATION

In order to capitalize on the skills and knowledge acquired during the last editions of the Romand Prides held in Geneva, it was decided to create, in 2021, a permanent association whose new statutes you will find here. Updated and approved by the General Assembly (GA) on January 28, 2026

Mission

Geneva Pride – The Geneva Pride March is intended to be a socio-cultural event and a political demonstration of public utility aimed at giving visibility to homosexual, bi, trans*, intersex, queer and non-binary people, as well as any other person suffering discrimination because of their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression (LGBTQIA+).

The Geneva Pride March sees itself as a march towards equality and the recognition of diversity, with the indispensable support of our allies.

Geneva Pride opposes hatred and violence and demands equal rights for all citizens.

You can support the association by volunteering your time , making a donation , or becoming a member by emailing us . The annual membership fee is CHF 20.

Organization

The Geneva Pride association is composed of eight areas of expertise (see the statutes) managed by one or two managers elected at the general meeting on 28 January 2026. Positions are still available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

These different areas of expertise enable the association to move forward and structure its organisation effectively. The positions of area managers are to be filled at the General Meetings by active members of the Geneva Pride association.

All managers are volunteers.
